We work with trusted logistics partners to provide reliable delivery for backpacks, bags, and carrying accessories across the United States and select international destinations.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

After placing your order, you will receive:

An order confirmation email
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched

During peak seasons, promotional periods, holidays, or high-demand periods, processing may take up to 5 business days.

Order processing time is separate from delivery time.

2. Shipping Fee

We offer a simple and transparent shipping structure:

Flat Shipping Fee: $6.90 per order
No hidden shipping fees at checkout

Shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has been shipped, unless the issue is caused by our error, a verified product defect, or an incorrect item shipment.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

United States: 5–10 business days
International Orders: 10–20 business days

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Actual delivery may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, seasonal logistics demand, incorrect address details, local delivery restrictions, or other circumstances outside our direct control.

4. Tracking Information

All orders include tracking information when available.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

Please note that tracking updates may take 2–5 business days to appear after shipment because of carrier processing times.

If tracking has not updated immediately, this does not necessarily mean the package has not shipped.

5. Shipping Partners

We may work with major logistics carriers and shipping partners, including:

FedEx
DHL
Other regional or international carriers

Carrier selection may depend on the destination, product type, package size, warehouse location, shipping method, and carrier availability.

6. Order Changes & Address Updates

If you need to update your shipping address, please contact us within 12 hours of placing your order.

Once order processing, fulfillment, or shipment preparation has started, we cannot guarantee address changes, cancellations, or order modifications.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, failure to collect the package, or other customer-related delivery issue, we may offer one of the following options:

Reshipment, with additional shipping fees if applicable
Refund of the product price, excluding original shipping fees and any non-recoverable costs
Other reasonable resolution depending on the situation

7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

If your package is delayed or missing, please first check your tracking information and contact the shipping carrier directly.

If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first to request assistance or file a claim.

PackField may assist where possible, but final delivery confirmation, lost package investigation, and claim resolution may depend on the carrier’s records and policies.

Once a shipment is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, PackField is not responsible for lost, stolen, misplaced, or unattended packages unless required by applicable law.

8. Split Shipments

For multi-item orders, items may ship separately depending on product availability, warehouse location, package size, or logistics requirements.

If your order ships in multiple packages, you may receive more than one tracking number.

No additional shipping fee will be charged solely because an order is split into multiple shipments.

9. International Shipping

We may ship to select international destinations.

For international orders, import duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and local delivery charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee unless clearly stated at checkout.

These charges are determined by the destination country and are the customer’s responsibility.

Customs inspections, import processing, and local delivery delays are outside our direct control.

If an international package is refused, returned, delayed, or abandoned because of unpaid duties, taxes, customs fees, or import restrictions, any refund may exclude original shipping fees, return shipping costs, customs charges, and other non-recoverable expenses.

10. Delivery Responsibility

Customers are responsible for ensuring that the shipping address, contact information, and delivery details provided at checkout are accurate and complete.

Once a shipment is marked as delivered by the carrier, delivery responsibility generally transfers to the recipient.

PackField is not responsible for theft, loss, misplacement, or damage occurring after confirmed delivery unless required by applicable law.

11. Delivery Estimates Are Not Guarantees

Shipping and delivery timelines shown on our website, checkout page, emails, or tracking pages are estimates only.

Delivery delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our direct control, including carrier issues, customs delays, weather, holidays, high shipping volume, supply chain disruptions, incorrect address information, or local delivery restrictions.

PackField is not responsible for losses, inconvenience, or expenses caused by delivery delays unless required by applicable law.
