Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with PackField. This Return & Refund Policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, cancellations, and damaged item requests are handled for purchases made through our official store.

Please review this policy carefully before submitting a return request.

1. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
The item must include its original packaging, tags, accessories, manuals, and any included components.
A return request must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
The item must be shipped back within 7 days after return approval.
Proof of purchase, such as an order number, receipt, or confirmation email, must be provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund unless required by applicable law:

Gift cards
Clearance items
Final-sale items
Customized or personalized products
Items that show signs of use, wear, washing, damage, stains, odors, missing parts, or altered condition
Items returned without prior approval

For hygiene and quality-control reasons, used backpacks, bags, or carrying accessories may be refused if they are not in resalable condition.

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

Your order number
A clear description of the issue
Photos or videos showing the product condition, packaging, and shipping label when applicable

After reviewing the information provided, we may offer one of the following solutions:

Replacement
Replacement parts or missing components
Partial refund
Full refund
Other reasonable resolution based on the issue

We may request that the item be returned before a replacement or refund is issued.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused or may not qualify for a refund.

Customers must use a trackable shipping method when returning items. Please keep your return shipping receipt and tracking information until the return has been fully processed.

Unless the return is due to our error, a verified defect, or an incorrect item, customers are responsible for return shipping costs and the risk of loss during return transit.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund processing usually takes 5–10 business days after approval. Your bank, card provider, or payment processor may require additional time to post the refund to your account.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error, a verified defect, or an incorrect item shipped by us.

6. Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, incomplete, or incorrectly shipped.

If the same item is unavailable, we may offer a replacement item, store credit, or a refund in accordance with this policy.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided that order processing, fulfillment, or shipment has not already started.

Once an order has entered processing or shipment preparation, cancellation may no longer be possible.

If cancellation is no longer available, you may request a return after delivery, subject to this policy.

8. Shipping Fees, Address Issues & Failed Delivery

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue is caused by our error, a verified product defect, or an incorrect item shipment.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

If a package is returned, delayed, lost, or undeliverable due to an incorrect address, incomplete address, refused delivery, failure to collect the package, or other customer-related delivery issue, we may offer one of the following options:

Reshipment, with additional shipping fees if applicable
Refund of the product price, excluding original shipping fees and any non-recoverable costs
Other reasonable resolution depending on the situation

Some shipments may require a signature upon delivery.

If tracking shows that a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier first. We may assist where possible, but we are not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier unless required by applicable law.

9. International Returns

For international orders, duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, and import charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, customs charges, and any related import or export fees unless the return is due to our error or a verified product defect.

Customs delays, import duties, and local delivery requirements are outside our direct control.

10. Product Condition & Inspection

All returned items are subject to inspection.

We reserve the right to reduce, reject, or refuse a refund if the item is returned used, damaged, incomplete, altered, missing parts, or not in its original condition.

Refund decisions are based on the condition of the returned item and the terms of this policy.

PackField may update this Return & Refund Policy from time to time. The most current version posted on our website will apply to orders placed after the updated policy becomes effective.

This policy does not limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.
