To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received. Original packaging, tags, accessories, and any included components must also be included.

Returns must be approved before the item is sent back. Returns sent without prior approval may be refused.

Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label when applicable.

After review, we may offer a replacement, replacement parts, a partial refund, a full refund, or another reasonable solution based on the issue.

Some orders may ship in separate packages depending on product availability, warehouse location, package size, or logistics requirements.

If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. No additional shipping fee will be charged just because an order is split into multiple shipments.

Please review each product description carefully, as water resistance may depend on the material, zipper design, seams, closures, and product construction.

For extra protection during heavy rain, we recommend using a backpack rain cover when available.
