After review, we may offer a replacement, replacement parts, a partial refund, a full refund, or another reasonable solution based on the issue.

If your order ships separately, you may receive more than one tracking number. No additional shipping fee will be charged just because an order is split into multiple shipments.

Some backpacks may be water-resistant or waterproof-style, but protection levels can vary by product.
